How does this work?

Click the button to pick an available spot on Joel's or Aaron's calendar. Once the appointment is confirmed, we’ll receive a notification and let you know if we have any additional questions. Oh, and if you figure it out on your own before our scheduled call, just let us know and we’ll issue a full refund.

At the time of our appointment, join the call ready to share your screen and demonstrate the problem. Show us what errors you’re getting, what isn’t working, and walk through some of the things you’ve already tried. We’ll ask some questions and make some suggestions which you can try right away to see if it worked. Sometimes, we might need to try a few things before we identify the correct root cause.

And if it's super quick and we solve it together in 5 minutes, let's take a look at other parts of your app that are be bugging you. We want you to get the most out of your money. At the end, if your problem isn't solved or you don't feel sufficiently unstuck, get an immediate full refund.

Who is helping me?

Joel and Aaron are two long-time developers from the Laravel/PHP community. As we say at the beginning of each podcast, we’re “two old web devs who have seen some things.” We’ve been doing this long enough that we’ve gotten pretty good at figuring out any sort of bug you can throw at us.

Our mission is to help Laravel developers go from competent to confident. In addition to the podcast, books, and our newsletter, this service is another way for us to help and give back. We even offer a few of these sessions a month for free to Laravel community members who need it.
